These are the three things that Jesus told us His followers to do. The specifics are spelled out in the pages of scripture. Jesus told us to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
As a church, this is what we are all about. We are passionate about helping people who are far from God come close to God. For the outsider to realize that God is near them. For the person who is hurt and ready to give up, to turn around and see the hope and healing of the gospel in the context of a loving community. We gather weekly in a cafeteria in Riverview, FL to worship the God who saved us, hear stories of what He is doing, and get equipped to go and spread the gospel. We live out this mission to build God's Kingdom everywhere we go.
From the workplace, to schools, to homes and neighborhoods, everywhere we are, we are on a mission to build the Kingdom of God. We aren't perfect and we don't have it all figured out. We are all being transformed into the renewed beings Jesus is making us to be. Until God calls us home, or Jesus returns, we will stay committed to saturating our community with the love of God and pursuit of His glory!
