Who We Are

Children's Ministry is an active, fun, and exciting time filled with age-appropriate messages, crafts, games, music, and volunteers that teach Godly values. We believe that teaching our children the truth of God's word is essential to helping build healthy families. Your child will be immersed in a loving atmosphere as we partner with you to help them set a strong, Godly foundation on which to build their life.

What to Expect

Each week your child will learn about Jesus through fun and powerful stories, interactive games, and fun crafts. You can check your kids in before the service starts.
Babies and Toddlers can go straight to their class and Kids (Kindergarten - 5th Grade) stay in the service from the beginning of service through the time of singing. They are dismissed to classes before the preaching begins.

Our Volunteers

Each of our volunteer team members has gone through a background check, application process, reference checks, and training through Ministry Safe as well as a volunteer orientation. You can rest assured your child's safety is a priority to us. All of our team members have a heart for Jesus and we want to partner with you as your child grows in a deep relationship with Christ!

FAQ s

I'm attending for the first time - what do I do?

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a friendly face who will show you the way to our kids' check in area. Members of our team will get you checked in, show you around, and answer any questions you might have.

What are your safety guidelines?

Your child’s safety is one of our highest priorities. Here's how we create a secure and welcoming environment:
Secure Check-In: When you check in, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will wear a name tag, and you'll keep the matching tag, ensuring only you can pick them up.
Safe Pick-Up: To pick up your child after the service, simply show your matching tag to the TGP Kids leader.
Trained Leaders: Every TGP Kids volunteer completes a background check and is trained by our staff to provide safe, high-quality care.
Monitored Hallways: Background-checked security personnel monitor the hallways during every service.
Parent Alerts: If we need to contact you, we’ll send a text or call you.

What if my child has special needs?

TGP Kids is committed to welcoming and including all children, no matter their individual needs. Our goal for every child is inclusion, encouraging kids to interact with others, while under the supervision of adults with a heart for children. If your child has a disability, let us know before you visit in person so we can serve you and your family in the best way possible.
